Why did you start working at Flexado?
I joined Flexado after working in customer service at Swiss Sense for over a year.
Due to the fact that my work was no longer challenging, I started looking for other work.

I ended up at Flexado through my in-laws. They alerted me to a vacancy. It was exactly what I was looking for: small team, in Uden and a position where you have a lot of contact with customers and colleagues.

After the job interview, I went along for half a day to see how things work.
To have a better idea of what the work entails.

After a good interview and a walk-in day, I happily started at Flexado and I still enjoy going to work (except through the rain 😉 ).

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned?
The most valuable thing that comes to mind is the quote Lisa came up with for me: ”Work hard in silence, let your success be the noise.”

You learn with age. Just work hard and simply get your experience.
Then you will naturally become successful.

This fits well with my character and way of working: quiet at work, but always hard at work and looking for better.

This quote made me realise/learn that you don’t always have to be up front. Watch yourself and make sure who you are and what you do is going to stand out and not the noise you make.

Actually, I learnt another very valuable lesson as a result of starting to work at Flexado.
That is, once you are in place at a company, you find yourself running out of time during working days because the days fly by.

Working overtime or staying longer to get your work done does not feel like an obligation. You do this without groaning or supporting.

How did you grow as a person because of this?
After learning these lessons at Flexado, I have grown as a person.

This has also made me more mature (perhaps also due to age), in addition, working at Flexado has given me a structure I can stick to, which gives me peace of mind as a person.

All this ensures work-life balance, which gives me good energy every day.
I think this is important, because apart from experiences at work, private life also plays a big role in the growth you experience as a person.
