Why did you start working at Flexado?
I started at Flexado because I wanted a new challenge.
This because I wanted to grow.
What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned?
The most valuable lesson I learnt is that colleagues and communication are very important at work, but also in private life. Everybody here is always there for you. I can learn a lot. Just by listening to my colleagues.
How did you grow as a person because of this?
I grew as a person mainly through independent customer contact and system management.
This has made me even more confident. But most importantly, thanks to my fun and valuable colleagues, my circle of friends has grown. This means a lot to me.
