As a self-employed person, you need a registration address to register your business at the Chamber of Commerce.
A virtual office as a registration address is the ideal solution because you are not stuck with the high costs of a traditional office. I’ll tell you more about that in this article.

Investing in flexibility

The costs of a virtual office are lower than the monthly rent of a traditional office. When you use the address of an office space as a registration address for the Chamber of Commerce, you always pay for a fixed number of square metres. Of course, this is fine if you use the space a lot, but a waste if you don’t. In our experience, most self-employed people actually want to be flexible in where and when they work, and therefore do not need a fixed office for that reason.

Why do you need a registration address?

You need a registration address to establish your business, but also because of the benefits that come with it:

  • Flexibility: You only need a registration address in order to work anywhere you want. With us, you can book work and meeting rooms on a flexible basis . You then only pay for the space when you actually need it.
  • Business and private separate: You prefer working from home? That’s possible. You will then need a registration address to receive customers and business mail in a professional location.
  • Freedom to travel: Do you often work on your client’s location? Or regularly abroad? Then a registration address is necessary because you can register your business without being tied to one place.
  • Saving money: By paying for a registration address instead of a permanent office, you save money. This is obviously better invested, such as in growing your business.

These self-employed people also needed a registration address and went before you

We understand the self-employed and why flexibility – especially in the start-up phase – is so important. You want to have a successful start to your business and not take unnecessary risks. We like to share some of our customers’ experiences, because after all, actions speak louder than words 😉

“I myself was looking for a business address for a sole proprietorship because my parents’ private address was not possible. From all considerations, I chose Flexado and it was the right decision. The communication is very nice, clear and fast. Flexado has a user-friendly portal with a nice layout. Definitely highly recommended,” Glenn Nugteren.

“Fine customer service and website reasonably simple, so user-friendly. Dennis is very helpful. The staff think in solutions and are flexible as soon as you, the entrepreneur, adjust the plans. Within the Benelux a very convenient platform to start with a (flex) office location. A nice stepping stone before you have your own office premises,” Sam van Nispen.

“I wanted an address for my sole proprietorship because I live abroad myself and I have been sooo incredibly well helped by Gijs and Dennis! I was consulted when I did not know what would suit me best and arranging it was pepped up in 1 day.
Contact was also very nice. Answered very quickly, responded quickly to email and answered all questions! TOP service. Thanks!!!” Chaimae Chenan.
