Why did you start working at Flexado?
I was ready for a new challenge. Before this, I mainly worked alone. I was therefore very keen to go and experience working in a team.
What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned?
When you work together, you come up with better ideas and a better product!
I also really like to see, looking back on it now, that I learn an awful lot from working as part of a team.
How did you grow as a person because of this?
I also find that I now share ideas and opinions with others more easily. Everyone is open to each other’s ideas. So the vibe is right there. Besides hard work, there is luckily also time for some fun here and there.
