Why did you start working at Flexado?
That was more luck than wisdom. When I had to look for a new job during the first lockdown in 2020, it was questionable whether I would find anything at all. I responded to the first vacancy for a sales position at a company nearby and a few interviews later I was able to start at Flexado. Now, a good 3.5 years and several promotions later, I am in a better place than ever before. In cases like this, I like to say to myself: ‘everything happens for a reason.’
What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned?
With responsibility comes freedom. If only I had learned this lesson ten years earlier….
How did you grow as a person because of this?
The variety of tasks, projects and people makes you discover a new strength (or weakness) in yourself every time. By actively engaging with this, you can learn an awful lot in a short time. I am convinced that personal and professional development are closely related.
