1.1 Deze actievoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op de Kerstactie van Flexado B.V. (“Kerstactie”).
1.2 Naast deze actievoorwaarden zijn de Algemene Voorwaarden van Flexado B.V. (2025.1.3) van toepassing. Bij tegenstrijdigheden prevaleren deze actievoorwaarden uitsluitend voor zover het de Kerstactie betreft.

2.1 De Kerstactie houdt in dat klanten die twaalf (12) maanden vooruitbetalen voor hun maandelijks terugkerende adresgerelateerde abonnementskosten, één (1) maand korting ontvangen.
2.2 De korting wordt verrekend op de jaarfactuur door het bedrag van één maand in mindering te brengen.
2.3 De facturatie voor de volledige jaarperiode vindt direct in december plaats na aanvraag via het actieformulier.

3.1 Deelname aan de Kerstactie verloopt uitsluitend via het door Flexado beschikbaar gestelde aanvraagformulier.
3.2 Door het formulier in te dienen verklaart de klant:
a. de actievoorwaarden te hebben gelezen en te accepteren;
b. akkoord te gaan met de directe jaarfacturatie inclusief vooruitbetaling;
c. akkoord te gaan met de automatische contractverlenging zoals beschreven in artikel 4.
3.3 Het indienen van het formulier geldt als bindende aanvraag van de Kerstactie en leidt tot het opmaken van de jaarfactuur.

4.1 Om in aanmerking te komen voor de actiekorting dient de jaarfactuur volledig en binnen de betalingstermijn te worden voldaan.
4.2 Door gebruik te maken van de actie:
• wordt een vaste contractperiode van twaalf (12) maanden overeengekomen, indien de klant nog geen lopend contract heeft; of
• wordt de bestaande overeenkomst automatisch verlengd met twaalf (12) maanden, aansluitend op de lopende contractperiode.
4.3 De reguliere opzegtermijn van drie volledige kalendermaanden blijft ongewijzigd, maar opzegging kan pas effect hebben na afloop van de vaste periode van twaalf (12) maanden.

5.1 De korting geldt uitsluitend voor maandelijks terugkerende kosten die betrekking hebben op het adres, zoals het virtueel kantoor of vergelijkbare adresdiensten.
5.2 De korting is niet van toepassing op:
a. postkosten en postverwerkingsdiensten;
b. variabele diensten zoals vergaderruimtes of extra services;
c. opstartkosten, waarborgsommen en administratieve toeslagen;
d. diensten van partners of derden.
5.3 De actiekorting kan niet worden gecombineerd met andere kortingen, acties of maatwerkafspraken.

6.1 Vooruitbetaalde bedragen worden niet gerestitueerd, ook niet bij tussentijdse beëindiging of bij het niet gebruiken van de dienst.
6.2 Na ontvangst van het aanvraagformulier en/of na facturatie is het niet mogelijk om op de aanbieding terug te komen of terugbetaling van (een deel van) de kosten te ontvangen.
6.3 Beëindiging van het contract tijdens de actieperiode laat de betalingsverplichting voor de volledige vooruitbetaalde periode onverlet, behoudens de uitzonderingen uit artikel 5.7 van de algemene voorwaarden (opstartfase/compliance).

7.1 Flexado kan de Kerstactie op ieder moment wijzigen of beëindigen voor nieuwe aanvragen.
7.2 Voor reeds ingediende aanvragen en volledig betaalde jaarfacturen blijven de voorwaarden gelden zoals vermeld op het moment van aanvraag.

8.1 Op deze actievoorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
8.2 Geschillen worden afgehandeld conform de geschilbepalingen in de algemene voorwaarden van Flexado.

1.1 These promotional terms and conditions apply to the Christmas Promotion offered by Flexado B.V. (“Christmas Promotion”).
1.2 In addition to these promotional terms, the General Terms and Conditions of Flexado B.V. (2025.1.3) apply. In the event of any conflict, these promotional terms prevail solely insofar as the Christmas Promotion is concerned.

2.1 The Christmas Promotion entails that customers who pay twelve (12) months in advance for their monthly recurring address-related subscription fees receive a discount equivalent to one (1) month.
2.2 The discount is applied to the annual invoice by deducting the amount equal to one month of subscription fees.
2.3 The invoice for the full annual period is issued immediately in December after submission of the promotion application form.

3.1 Participation in the Christmas Promotion is only possible by submitting the official application form provided by Flexado.
3.2 By submitting the form, the customer declares:
a. to have read and accepted the promotional terms and conditions;
b. to agree to immediate annual invoicing including advance payment;
c. to agree to the automatic contract renewal as described in Article 4.
3.3 Submission of the form constitutes a binding application for the Christmas Promotion and results in the creation of the annual invoice.

4.1 To qualify for the promotional discount, the annual invoice must be paid in full and within the stated payment term.
4.2 By making use of the promotion:
• a fixed contract term of twelve (12) months is agreed if the customer does not yet have an active contract; or
• the existing agreement is automatically renewed for twelve (12) months, continuing seamlessly from the current contract period.
4.3 The standard notice period of three full calendar months remains unchanged, but termination can only take effect after the fixed twelve (12)-month period has ended.

5.1 The discount applies exclusively to monthly recurring costs related to the address, such as a virtual office or comparable address services.
5.2 The discount does not apply to:
a. postal fees and mail handling services;
b. variable services such as meeting room usage or additional services;
c. setup fees, deposits, and administrative surcharges;
d. services provided by partners or third parties.
5.3 The promotional discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or customised agreements.

6.1 Advance payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination or non-use of the service.
6.2 After receipt of the application form and/or after invoicing, it is not possible to withdraw from the offer or receive a refund of (any part of) the costs.
6.3 Termination of the contract during the promotional period does not affect the customer’s payment obligation for the full advance-paid period, except in the specific cases outlined in Article 5.7 of the General Terms and Conditions (startup phase/compliance).

7.1 Flexado may modify or terminate the Christmas Promotion at any time for new applications.
7.2 For applications already submitted and fully paid annual invoices, the terms and conditions applicable at the time of application remain in force.

8.1 These promotional terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes are handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of Flexado’s General Terms and Conditions.
