What if my introduction doesn’t go ahead after all?
If your referral ultimately does not become a customer, the referral reward will unfortunately not be granted. The free month (for you) and the discount on the setup costs (for the new customer) only apply once the referral actually becomes an active Flexado customer.
Can I register multiple people?
Yes, that’s possible. You can register multiple people through the referral program. For each successful introduction, you receive one free month, and the new customer gets a 50% discount on the setup costs.
Will my name be shared with my introduction?
Yes. When you introduce someone through the referral program, your name is shared so it is clear through whom the discount and referral benefits are applied.
When is a introduction successful?
A referral is considered successful once the person you introduce has registered and has actually become an active customer with Flexado (i.e. the request has been confirmed and the onboarding has been completed). From that moment on, the referral benefits apply.
