Privacy statement for third parties regarding the provision of data.

We occasionally receive questions from third parties about providing data of our (potential) customers. In this statement, we clarify how we deal with such enquiries.

Flexado acts in accordance with Dutch law and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Based on this legislation, we are not allowed to provide (personal) data to third parties. If you, as a third party, request (personal) data from us for (potential) customers, such as names, address details but also certain financial information, we will in principle not provide such data to you.

There are two exceptions to this rule. The first exception is when our customer gives us permission to share requested data. The second exception is if there is a compatible provision. Here we refer, for example, to:

If you believe that either of the above exceptions apply, you can submit a written request to us to provide data. The application must be supported by documentary evidence. We will assess your request, taking into account everyone’s interests to the best of our ability, appropriate within the legislation mentioned above.
