Starting a new Dutch private limited company (BV) from your kitchen table is completely normal. But can you register a BV at your home address if you prefer to keep your residential address private? In many cases, yes. However, using your home address is not automatically the smartest or most future-proof choice. Can a BV be registered at your home address?<\/h2>\n

Yes, in principle, a BV can be registered at the home address of the entrepreneur or managing director. To register with the Dutch Business Register (Handelsregister), a BV must have a Dutch business address.
