Entrepreneurship is often associated with freedom. No boss, making your own choices, building something that is truly yours. But how free are entrepreneurs, freelancers and organisations today? And more importantly: is freedom genuinely the key to happiness in entrepreneurship? <\/p>\n

Data from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) shows a steady growth in the number of self-employed professionals over recent years. More and more people are consciously choosing autonomy, flexibility and independence over traditional, fixed structures. <\/p>\n

The same shift is visible within employment. Hybrid working has not disappeared since the pandemic; it has become the norm. According to reporting from outlets such as the NOS News, flexibility in working hours and location is now considered a decisive factor in job satisfaction and even in the choice of employer. <\/p>\n
