W\u00e4hrend meines Praktikums musste ich einen Marketing- und einen Verkaufsauftrag erledigen. Ein Freund von mir, der bei Flexado arbeitet, erz\u00e4hlte mir zuf\u00e4llig von einer freien Stelle: Bei Flexado wurde ein Praktikant gesucht.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich ging ich zu einem Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch und war sofort begeistert. Ramon (der Eigent\u00fcmer) sprach mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung \u00fcber das Unternehmen, und das hat mich sofort angesprochen. Ich habe sofort gemerkt, dass es sich nicht um ein Unternehmen wie die meisten anderen handelt. Ein eher verspieltes und verschmitztes Unternehmen mit viel Know-how und flei\u00dfigen Mitarbeitern. Das hat mich dazu bewogen, mein Praktikum bei Flexado zu machen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist die wertvollste Lektion, die Sie gelernt haben?<\/strong><br \/>\nIch stelle fest, dass Theorie aus der Schule und Praxis oft auseinanderklaffen. Theorie ist wichtig, aber sie steht nie zu 100 % im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt oder der Dienstleistung. Um eine bestimmte Theorie oder Strategie anzuwenden, muss viel geknetet und ma\u00dfgeschneidert werden. Dabei kann es eine Weile dauern, bis man die (gew\u00fcnschten) Ergebnisse erh\u00e4lt, was frustrierend sein kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie sind Sie dadurch als Person gewachsen?<\/strong><br \/>\nIch begann als Praktikantin im Bereich Marketing und Vertrieb. Gleichzeitig habe ich auch eine Reihe von Videos f\u00fcr soziale Medien gedreht, unter anderem. Ramon war davon sehr begeistert und bot mir dann einen Job an, um weiterhin Videos f\u00fcr Flexado zu machen, denn er hat gro\u00dfe Pl\u00e4ne damit. Das konnte ich nicht ablehnen!
